At Barney and Paws, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy below.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
- Is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Has all tags and packaging intact
- Is not a personalised or custom-made product (as these are non-returnable)
To start a return, please contact us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If your return does not meet our policy conditions, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No problem! Simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures your desired product is reserved while we process your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
